1. Purpose
Miss & Mister Online is an online contest based on photo duels, restricted to adults.
2. Access and accounts
Browsing is free. Voting requires an account with a verified email address or phone number, or a Google, Apple or Facebook account. One account per person.
3. Applications
- Be 18 or over and pass the age verification (live selfie, and an ID document if needed).
- Only publish authentic photos of yourself, not generated by AI, to which you hold the rights.
- Give explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Categories
4.1 Each category has a public description stating its participation criteria. The Organiser may create, modify, suspend or delete a category; except for a legitimate reason, such changes take effect from the following period.
4.2 Candidates choose their categories and declare on their honour that they meet the criteria. The “Global” category is open to every candidate whose entry has been approved. A change of categories takes effect from the next period the candidate enters.
4.3 The Organiser may withdraw a candidate's participation in a category, for the current period, for one of the following reasons: a) declaration clearly inconsistent with the category's criteria; b) misuse of the category; c) reports reviewed and upheld; d) breach of these rules.
4.4 The decision is notified to the candidate together with the reason. The candidate may contest it by email to [address] within [15] days; the Organiser reviews its decision and replies within [30] days.
4.5 Withdrawal from a category affects neither participation in “Global” nor in other categories.
5. Voting rules
Duels are drawn at random by the server. A vote counts in every category shared by the two candidates of the duel. Any attempt at manipulation (fake accounts, bots, coordinated votes) may lead to votes being cancelled and the account being suspended.
6. Prohibited behaviour
Harassment, impersonation, publication of unlawful, sexual or violent content, attempts to bypass protections.
7. Moderation
Every photo is approved by a moderator before publication. Any user can report content.
8. Rankings
The provisional ranking changes during the period. The final ranking, calculated at closing for each gender and each category, is final.
9. Liability, governing law
